Moderators For Docks/Drift spots#2520

Suggesting that Moderators get added for docks/drift locations. Most of the current mods are busy with other things, such as watching meets or in the pvp lobby moderating. Consistently players will come to the docks and park/spawn cars in the middle of the docks, this causes people to lose chains and/or not want to drift anymore. By adding Mods to the drift locations they would be able to kick people from the drift locations and prevent Player disturbance.

i think this would give the current staff more time to work on server development as well!
